- Can I try ANOXY for free?
- Yes! The Community plan is completely free with 100 documents per month. In exchange, your anonymized data (never the original PII) is retained for 30 days to help improve our anonymization AI. Paid plans have no such requirement.
- How does billing work?
- Starter and Professional plans are billed monthly or annually (save 20% with annual billing). Enterprise plans have custom billing arrangements. All prices are in EUR excluding applicable taxes.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit for EU customers.
- Is my data secure?
- Absolutely. All data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. Sessions are ephemeral with configurable TTL. We are GDPR-compliant and process all data within the EU.
- What does "AI training consent" mean for the Community plan?
- Community plan users agree that their anonymized data (with all PII already replaced by tokens) is retained for 30 days to improve our NER detection models. The original text with real PII is never stored — only the anonymized version with tokens like <PERSON_1>, <NIP_1>. After 30 days, this data is automatically and permanently deleted. Paid plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are exempt from this requirement.
- Do you offer self-hosted deployment?
- Yes. Enterprise plans include the option for on-premise or private cloud deployment with full data sovereignty.
