Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ANOXY platform, API, and related services (the "Service") operated by ESKOM AI Sp. z o.o., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

ANOXY provides a privacy-first text anonymization platform that detects and replaces personally identifiable information (PII) with consistent, reversible tokens. The Service includes anonymization, pseudonymization, deanonymization, PII detection, document processing, and related functionality accessible via REST API, web dashboard, and browser extension.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process data you do not have the right to process
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Distribute your API keys or share account access with unauthorized users
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to scrape, overload, or abuse the Service

API usage is subject to the quotas and rate limits of your subscription plan:

• Community (Free): 100 documents per month, 10 API requests per minute
• Starter (€29/month): 500 documents per month, 50 API requests per minute
• Professional (€79/month): 5,000 documents per month, 200 API requests per minute
• Enterprise: Custom limits per agreement

Exceeding your quota will result in API requests being rejected until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

Professional and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All prices are in EUR and do not include applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The Service, including its software, algorithms, documentation, and design, is the intellectual property of ESKOM AI Sp. z o.o. You retain all rights to the data you submit for processing. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Text submitted for anonymization is processed in-memory and stored temporarily in encrypted sessions with a configurable time-to-live (default: 1 hour). After the session expires, all original text data and entity mappings are permanently deleted.

Community (Free) Plan — AI Training Data: By using the Community plan, you agree that your anonymized data (text with all PII replaced by tokens such as <PERSON_1>, <NIP_1>) may be retained for up to 30 days to improve our anonymization AI models. The original text containing real PII is never stored or used for training — only the anonymized version. After 30 days, this data is automatically and permanently deleted. This consent is a condition of the free Community plan. Paid plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are exempt from this requirement.

We do not use your data for model training on paid plans unless you explicitly opt in via Settings → Data & Privacy.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. SLA terms are available for Professional and Enterprise plans.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESKOM AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
